Editor's Note: Robert Kiyosaki has spent 50 years identifying pre-IPO opportunities before Wall Street catches on. Tonight at 7 PM ET, he's revealing one of the most compelling he's ever seen — a gold company using a 136x extraction method that's set to disrupt the entire industry. Dear Reader,

I always tell people to watch the feet.

  • California was given the greatest natural gifts on earth—perfect weather, stunning coastlines, and massive resources. But the politicians destroyed it.

  • Over 10 million people have fled California since 2010. Trillions of dollars in wealth are walking out the door. Companies like Tesla, Chevron, and Palantir are moving

  • You cannot build wealth in a system designed to steal it. The proposed "billionaire tax" is just the latest desperate move by a bankrupt government..

  • What if you could compress a lifetime of wealth-building…Ten… twenty… even thirty years…Into a single 24-hour window? It sounds absurd. But Elon Musk is about to make it a reality with something I’m calling…“Day-One Retirement Plan.” Click here to see the details.

Don't listen to what politicians say. Watch what the smart money does. Watch where the successful people go.

Right now, they are running as fast as they can.

They are running away from California.

It breaks my heart. Because California isn't just another state. It is—or at least it was—the most beautiful spot on planet earth.

God gave California everything.

The perfect, endless sunshine. The stunning, dramatic coastlines. The world-class beaches of Malibu and La Jolla. The majestic redwoods. The fertile valleys.

It was paradise. It was the ultimate symbol of the American Dream.

And the politicians destroyed it.

The Destruction of Paradise

They took the greatest natural gifts in the world and turned them into a nightmare.

They didn't do it overnight. They did it slowly. Year after year. Tax after tax. Regulation after regulation.

They took a state that was a magnet for dreamers and builders, and they turned it into a machine designed to punish success.

Today, California is a warning. It is a textbook example of how government greed can ruin even the most perfect place on earth.

The numbers are staggering.

Since 2010, almost 10 million people have packed up and left. They are leaving the perfect weather.

They are leaving the beaches. They are moving to Texas. They are moving to Florida. They are moving to Nevada.

And it isn't just the middle class getting squeezed by insane housing costs. The rich are leaving, too.

Why? Because California is actively trying to steal their money.

The Desperate Money Grab

The politicians are pushing a "billionaire tax." They want a 5 percent wealth tax. And they want to make it retroactive.

It is a desperate, pathetic money grab by a bankrupt government.

And the smart money isn't sticking around to pay the bill. People like Mark Zuckerberg, Larry Page, and Sergey Brin are heading for the exits.

Venture capitalists estimate that $1 trillion of wealth fled the state just to avoid the deadline for this new tax.

One trillion dollars. Gone.

My rich dad taught me a simple rule: if you punish success, you get less of it.

California punishes success better than anyone else.

They have the highest taxes in the country. They take 13 percent of your income right off the top.

But the taxes aren't even the worst part. The regulations are the real killer.

The Control-Freak State

California is the most regulated state in the nation.

They have over 420,000 restrictions on the books. New York is second, and they only have 300,000.

They have strict occupational licensing. They have anti-employment labor laws.

They have insane land-use restrictions that make it impossible to build affordable housing.

They make it a nightmare to run a business.

So, the businesses are leaving.

Tesla moved its headquarters to Texas. Chevron moved to Texas. Palantir moved to Denver, then Miami.

When the president of Chevron explained why they left, he didn't mince words.

He said California is a tough place to do business. It is too expensive. And they couldn't convince their employees to move there.

Think about that. They couldn't convince people to move to paradise. Because the politicians made paradise unlivable.

The Shrinking Economy

When you drive away the wealth, and you drive away the businesses, what is left?

Stagnation.

California's job growth since the pandemic is less than half the national rate. Outside of healthcare, the private sector isn't just stagnating. It is shrinking.

The state's share of the national economy is falling precipitously.

If California had just maintained its 2021 peak, the economy would be 4.6 percent larger today.

That is the equivalent of $14,000 for every single household.

That is the cost of bad policy. That is the cost of control-freak politicians who think they are smarter than the market.

Vote With Your Feet

What does this mean for you?

It means you have to be smart about where you plant your flag.

You cannot build wealth in a system that is designed to tear you down. You cannot succeed in a state that views you as an ATM for their bloated bureaucracy.

The exodus from California is a massive signal. It is the market communicating with the politicians.

The message is clear: we will not tolerate your theft.

If you live in a high-tax, high-regulation state, you need to look at your options. You need to look at places that embrace pro-growth policies.

Places with lighter regulations, lower taxes, and greater affordability.

That is where the jobs are going. That is where the prosperity is going.

Don't wait for the politicians to change their minds. They won't. They will just keep raising taxes until the state goes bankrupt.

Protect your wealth. Protect your business. And if you have to, vote with your feet.
